Eleven years ago, we gathered in Palm Desert California at the JW Marriott and created history. It was simply, our time. 350 affluent and influential women discussed the isolation, joys and triumphs of being successful multicultural women and together with our corporate sponsors turned the traditional women’s conferences upside down. Throughout the years we were the first to:

• Tackle tough subjects like, “The Obstacle of Ethnic Sounding Names”, “The Tension between African Americans and Latinos” and “The Capital Crunch our Entrepreneurs Face”.
• Introduce Executive, Image, Spiritual and Life Coaching as a free conference offering.
• Equally focus on the personal and professional sacrifices of being successful.
• Demand that we stop talking about work life-balance and do something, anything to relax… in addition to our work sessions we offer hot air ballooning, canoeing, horseback riding, sky diving and yes spa.
