Our mission is to provide the right atmosphere for like-minded women to gather. We are passionate about striking the right balance of workshops, sessions and personal activities that allow women to reflect, refuel and return from our business retreat ready to face another year.
We are unapologetic about the lengths we will go to make a client laugh, relax and reconnect. Our mission is to reinvent our program every year to always provide a fresh new approach to learning new things.
Our firm recruits at the highest levels (board directors for Fortune 500 companies, CEOs and their direct reports). I have never missed Linda’s conference because these events offer direct access to the most elite set of businesswomen of color. And, the access is neither distant nor formal.
