NON-REGISTRANTS

We cannot accommodate any guests that are not registered. You may not invite unregistered guests to stay in your room, join in any Odyssey Network activities, or partake in any hotel amenities, including the pool, bar, gym, etc. We pride ourselves on providing an intimate environment for women to network and relax. We have bought out the entire hotel, every room is a part of the Odyssey room block, we ask that you respect the women who registered and adhere to this policy.

CONFERENCE CONDUCT

You are prohibited from selling any products or services unless you are a designated corporate sponsor and/or vendor at Odyssey Network. You may not hold private receptions, parties or gatherings without the express written permission from Odyssey Media. You may not distribute brochures, catalogs, gimmicks, etc., unless you have written permission from Odyssey Media. Any violations will result in the denial of participation in all future Odyssey events and an immediate exit from the current event.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
